In Odoo, a single promo code normally applies only one reward, which is why you can’t get both a discount and a free product at once. To solve this, you can:

    Create two separate promo programs with the same code (one for the discount, one for the free product), so both apply together.

    Use custom development to let one promo code trigger multiple rewards.

    Apply a workaround with pricelists or bundled products if the discount and free product always go together.

The easiest solution without coding is to set up two promo programs using the same code.
