I have an odoo 14 instance with a custom e-mail server configured. It does send and receive mails without problems. But there is a detail, in the button "view Task" (Ver tarea) the link is incorrect.
https://mycustomserver.com/mail/view?model=project.task&res_id=1224 is the generted, but it is invalid, it should be something like this:
https://mycustomserver.com/web#action=157&active_id=36&cids=1&id=1224&menu_id=111&model=project.task&view_type=form
I been reading the documentation but I can't find anything about it.

you can check the access related to the portal user you are sending in case of outside collaborators are getting tasks. Also check the same with an internal user.
