Hello, I'm looking into the functionality of the app/integration with asterisk and I am wondering what's the full spectrum of features and devices it can be used with, for instance, can I make a call on my Odoo app(using my cellphone or by using the browser within my cellphone) to a client or a provider? Can anyone help me fully understand this? I understand the requirements and process of installing.

hello,
To have this functionnality you have to :
- Use odoo entreprise edition
- Have an asterisk VOIP server
- Install sip module on your odoo
Then configure voip module to point to your asterisk server.
