I can't use my databases

Question

Hi there,
I have a multi enterprise Odoo licence and created 3 databases for my 3 businesses. Have i done the right thing ? However I can't use any right now ? is this because I have not activated it ? Please help as I can't invoice right now.

1st data base:  https://pipeline\-hub\.odoo\.com/ [1]

2nd\ database:  https://la-tapatia.odoo.com/ [2]

3rd database: /*helene-serignac*.odoo.com/

Hi,
What does it shows on accessing the database ? If it shows database expired ? Please provide little more information by updating the question.

For this you have to log ticket in:   https://www.odoo.com/help [1]
Also in case of emergency, you can try reaching out in the emergency lines from above page.
