Hi,

The Loyalty Program feature of Odoo doesn't let us set an expire dates for the points granted to customers. Points that can be exchanged for discounts are considered Liabilities in my country so the company liability keeps growing with each non-returning customers.

I would like to find a Studio automation that resets to zero the points of customers that have been inactive for 1 year (no orders placed). Bonus points if it doesn't use any Line of Codes (LOC).

I am using Odoo Online so not interested in 3rd party apps. Thank you.
