how to calculate tax for overseas client please help regarding this>....

Njoy, depending on how the tax is going to be applied.  One option that came into my mind is to make use of Fiscal Position of the Customer (Partner) to set or unset or replace certain tax components.  This video [1] describes how the setting can be performed.  The video is for OpenERP 6.1 but it is applicable for 7.0 as well.
