how may I use ref in attrs?

why this is not valid in xml?
attrs="{'invisible': [('service_id', '=', ref('service.service_1'))]}"

Using ref to get id is not a valid in xml. Instead  of ref, you can try below code for this purpose
*attrs="{'invisible': [('service_id', '=', %(service.service_1)d)]}"*
