How Can I upgrade from community to Enterprise version odoo 16? Or Install it with the help of a .deb file. on Ubuntu 20.4.

I Don't Have access to Github (The client didn't provided it). I only have the subscription code

Install it with Linux installer. You need to install wkhtmltopdf manually for that.
