As the admin:
• Check Manage purchase requisitions in Settings > Configuration > Purchases.
When I go to Settings > Configuration > Purchases. the manage purchase requisition doesnt exist.
I tried searching for a module purchase_requisition module I havent found any.,
Please answer me, asap. its for our final requirement on our ERP subject.

First got to Settings > Configuration > Purchases and Enable manage purchase requisition..
After that Go to your purchase module you will find PURCHASE REQUISITION.....
