Odoo filter option doesn't work, when I tried to filter the Quantiy on Hand, greater than a certain quantity, the filter doesnt work.

I tried this filter in Inventory - > Master Data - > Products.

Can I fix this error using studio

Hello,

I just tried to reproduce the step you describe above in Odoo Demo SaaS database & It working fine. (click here Odoo Filter Inventory Master Data Product​)

Maybe I have not done exactly as your steps so better you could describe the step detail or attached image would be better I could spot exactly the issue. And tried for find solution together :)

Hi,

The way you use a filter in your video share is correct. And I think there might be something wrong with a product set up because I tried again in Odoo SaaS demo database it's working fine. And notice Odoo SaaS Demo database default is Units & your Pcs.

& as I emailed you it's a bit difficult to produce your case here unless having access to your environment.

This issue "Filter Option Not Working" because of the customized app. so a solution is simply to remove that customize the app. And solution find out by questioner himself :). Just post here in case someone encounter same issue :)
