Here is the exact problem.
We are into inventory .
We are importing child parts through the template .
The total number of products in the inventory per page is 36 .
If we try to import new parts the earlier ones get deleted / or are found to be missing.
The total count does not increase beyond 36 .
Pl help.

Are you importing the products by keeping the ID/External id column value in the sheet ? If this is the case, you may be using same id for multiple products and thus the products getting over written
In order to resolve the issue, remove the id column from the file and try importing again.
