Create Rating Button to Knowledge Articles

Question

Hi there - has anyone attempted to add a ratings button or similar to articles created and managed within the Knowledge Module?  I would like users to have the option to provide a 1 to 5 star rating (or similar) to an article, or a thumbs up or down, if they found the article useful.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I was hoping for a tool that would enable us to report on which articles readers found useful (or not useful).  The star widget in Odoo doesn't enable the article owner to see the score provided by reviewers; and it only shows "your" score.
Often knowledge assets have a simple "helpful/not helpful" button at the end that can then be tracked and reported on to identify those articles that might need more work (as many reviewers score them as "unhelpful")

Hi Kevin: You can type "/" in the body of the article and add a star rating widget like so.
