Hi, I've been using odoo CRM for a year and decided to pay the yearly fee and upgrade to the full suite. The amount has been debited but the account remains in trial or free version. I've been trying to contact the support team for the past 48 hours but there's been zero response. Any suggestions on reaching out the support team would be much appreciated.
