Hey!

I'd need to chain together different subscription templates like this:

Subscription starts with 12 month period and if the subscription has not been canceled during this first 12 months the subscription automatically changes to be charged monthly.

This is extremely easy with e.g PayWhirl (https://docs.paywhirl.com/getting-started-with-paywhirl/quick-start-tutorials-and-how-to-guides/how-to-automatically-transition-customers-from-one-plan-to-another-aka-chained-plans) but is it possible anyhow with Odoo subscriptions?
