Can I import an existing website and use Odoo to maintain it?

Question

I have an existing website, written primarily in php, that was created and has been maintained in Dreamweaver. I've lost access to Dreamweaver and am looking for an alternative.  I don't want to re-create my site; I just want a different tool to maintain it.  Can odoo do that?
