I've found some strange bug when refresing page.
I have one2many field in one of my forms, see link:

When I refresh page, trash bin appears at the right side of items:

This is potentially very serious bug, does someone have solution for this?
P.S. Bug is confirmed for Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer
