In the Odoo standard it is not possible to archive this type of data as there is no operation for it.

There are various modules in the Odoo App Store that already map this topic and can serve as a basis for your requirement, as these solutions usually only add a manual action for archiving / unarchiving - here you would then have to filter on the respective creation date of the data record and then archive all of them. Alternatively, you can also use an automatic action that does this continuously for you.
