I installed ODOO 11 and I would like to use the addon operating_unit.
Is there a version for ODOO11 or is it possible to install version 10's operating_unit?
If yes, which procedure should I follow?

I never tried to install it for V 11 but I think it will not work with you but you can give it a try.
The below is the link to the V11 in Github but it's not migrated yet:

The procedure is to port a module and this needs developer knowledge. Please check OCA's OpenUpgrade project.
