(Reference V16 Enterprise Self hosted)

Hello, I was taking the tutorials on Field service as we do a lot of this work, we currently schedule on google and a different ticketing system, but Odoo looked great for this until we i noticed that Planned date is missing.

Some other posts mention this was disabled for some reason. 

How can this be enabled? or how are you guys creating and scheduling field jobs on odoo without this field?

Any tips or workarounds i might be missing?
