The second phase covered payroll, accounting, procurement, and inventory management, ensuring financial and logistical efficiency. A later phase integrated POS, manufacturing, fleet management, and healthcare services. By centralizing operations into a unified platform, ISF now benefits from improved employee tracking, automated payroll processing, transparent financial reporting, and efficient resource allocation. The integration with Odoo’s mobile application further enhances accessibility for training and notifications. Working alongside with Arxi to handle manufacturing and the integration of global processes, Zanancho has chosen an incremental Odoo implementation that is focused in specific objectives in order to optimize their internal processes.
