1. When will the “Delivered” column on the sales order for a service be updated?
Once the invoice has been paid. Once the task has been marked as completed. Once an employee has logged their hours on a Timesheet. Once the sales order has been confirmed.
2. Where do you enable the Track & Bill time options?
On the General Settings Page. In the Timesheets Application. On the SLA Policies page. On each Helpdesk Team’s Settings page.
3. How do you link a Helpdesk ticket to a Sales Order?
Using the “Sales Order Item” field on the ticket. By adding the ticket number to the Other Info tab of the Sales Order. By creating a new task from the ticket. You cannot link a ticket and a Sales Order.
