I was trying to install the module called Claims Management and I got this error message below. Please help me resolving this.

strange, it should not happen. though you can start by checking if "sales_team" module is installed. if not, then install it, if yes then upgrade it. also update module "base". then try again.

Thanks Temur, your solution works. Upgrade the "sales_team" module resolves the issue. I didn't update the "base" module but I did it at a later date and it seemingly corrupted my database. Luckily I have a backup of this database. I created a new post, named "Error upgrading base module", concerning this as I believe this is a new and separate issue.
