Can anyone advise where I can find the template for the email that a customer receives when a user sends a message from a ticket? In developer mode, I have found and edited the templates for new ticket acknowledgement and ticket close, but not the "message" one. I'm using v14 on SaaS.
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.

As far as I know, there is no template for email "messages" sent from Odoo entities.
If it existed it would be very useful, so we could modify the "FROM" or "REPLY" addresses, or add a fixed text to all messages.
Did you ever find a solution? When agents send messages to tickets they don't have any context to them or a link to the ticket itself. I'm looking for any work around that makes the reasonably good customer experience.
