Comparative Analysis: SAP B1 vs. Odoo
Rich RadfordHoàn tất
I am CoFounder and CTO of Infosons and SayDigital, two italian IT companies. I am an IT expert with more than 10 years of experience in IT software projects in different technologies. I managed a lot of Projects in odoo and I have always thought that the quality of a software reflects the company environment, for this reason I am a long time odoo enthusiast. I hold many qualifications like PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, CISM, Prince2 and so forth.
Odoo is a perfect ERP that covers every business area.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to draw and run processes in it. For this reason, we have developed an integration with ProcessMaker. With this integration you can draw a process in BPMN v2 in ProcessMaker and run it in Odoo with manual and automated activities; this way you will never forget an activity since the process won't continue until its completion. You can see the status of each case and who's the owner of each running activity. You will also have a dashboard with all the processes running and the duration of each activity to control the performances and to see bottlenecks. You can export the process both in Odoo and in ProcessMaker.
In this functional talk, we will see a Process that involves different company areas, how to draw it in ProcessMaker and how to configure and run it in Odoo.
