I am currently looking for a module that adds a knowledge base to the help desk capabilities of OpenERP, someplace where i can add tickets, resolutions, etc, and make it searchable in a quick manner.
Is there a module like this?

You can check UVdesk Helpdesk ( https://www.uvdesk.com/en/ ) which offers Knowledge Base feature along with the help desk capabilities like tickets generation, ticket resolution.
