Hi everyone,
I am having a problem in our odoo v14 system that I cannot seem to work out.
Whenever a customer sends an email to our mail alias, a bounce back email from Odoo is getting sent saying that the message cannot be processed. I do not understand why, because the emails are still going into our normal inbox (outside of odoo) but customers are still recieving a rejection email.
Can someone help understand why? All my internal email settings in odoo seem fine.
