I am currently enjoying Odoo 14 Online, the one issue we are currently grappling with is that all our emails are finding their way to the spam folder. Is there a way we can resolve this?

I have tried researching on the same \here. Unfortunately, the article gives conflicting information. On one hand, it says, if we are on Odoo Online, we have nothing to worry about, however, this position is false because all emails are going to spam. On the other hand, the article mentions that if we use Microsoft 365 for our emails we can’t configure our own EMail Server on Odoo because Office 365 SMTP relays are not compatible with Odoo Online. I am therefore stuck.

Can anyone guide me on how to resolve this?

You should apply the SPF and DKIM settings as described in the link Omprakash has provided.

Hi Protus Agufa,

I hope you are doing well! For your query, I would recommend you to use SendGrid SMTP. Not only is it cost-friendly but also you can send emails with domain validation, and it will not go to spam. https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/14.0/discuss/advanced/email_servers.html#how-to-manage-outbound-messages
