We integrate Email SMTP service details in our odoo application for test connection it is showing successful, but mail is not sent.

Yes we checked, but we haven't recieved it.
Which server do you use, gmail or what ?
Hi, If your outgoing mail is configured successfully but emails are not being sent, you can check for failed emails in the mailing section by navigating to Settings -> Technical -> Emails -> Emails.
Here, you can view emails with the state "delivery failed" and find the failure reason indicated
