i can't find full code of "Sales Order: Send by email" template , also in other template like "Auth Signup: Odoo Account Created" i can find the full code & change the logo , powered by text.
so i can Customize sale order email template ?

those email brandings are hardcoded in the codebase, there is no configuration to remove it
you can use odoo debranding apps like
https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/13.0/mail_debrand/
there are many apps available for debranding in odoo market place
Email templates are wrapped in a "View" - Settings > Technical > Views - Filter by Mail & View Type - Qmail - Powered By is in the Mail: Pay Now mail notification template
