Hi there,

I have developed an email template, and I need 3x dynamic fields in the email. Customer Name, Customer Machine, and Customer Machine Serial Number.

 

These fields need to be pulled from the Task model.

Customer Name works fine.

But I cannot seem to work out how to pull the Customer Machine and Customer Machine Serial Number fields.

Hi!

Did you tried with {{object.partner_id}} ,,,, or type command "/",, and then you have a external link,to navigate throught fields.... for example :  / -> partner_id ->street ->name ,,, etc etc
