Hi, I have 2 teams in Helpdesk, one for complains and the other for support.
I want to deny both of them from accessing each other's tickets (Team Tickets).

for example: User1, User2 can access only support tickets - user3 and user4 can access only complains tickets.

You would need to set the visibility and followers of a team
