Hi, I am aware that Odoo is opensource but just want to ask upto what degree? Are all the modules like real-estate, POS modules are also open source as well. Also if there is any link that if helpful to understand this please let me know. Thanks

Hi
odoo has both editions, Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise. Odoo Community is an Open source system, Modules Like Sales, Purchase, and POS are also Open source.
You can still download the Odoo community version for free from GitHub

The Enterprise version is paid but this is your own choice, if you need the extra functionalities or not, the costing is based on the number of users
