Good morning, I need to see how to configure the smtp mail server with Office 365, get the following error:

5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully. Contact your administrator. [CH0PR03CA0033.namprd03.prod.outlook.com]

SMTP Server: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Connection Security: STARTTLS
Username: youroffice365email
PASSWORD: Your PASSWORD
Save and Test Connection

I do that but it doesn't work for me, the database is hosted in odoo sh:
