Should i have to this in system parameter?

If you are using an external SMTP service, you will need to create the email id "info@medinfo.com" in the email service provider's system so that the provider knows where the return emails are to be sent. Once the return emails reach Odoo, they will get directed to the correct Odoo user.

Also, make sure that the "Incoming Mail Server" is configured correctly in Odoo.

sorry to bother you much. I have configure incoming/outgoing properly but now the problem is I cannot fetch their communication.

Here's a brief summary of everything that needs to be in place for it to work:

1. mail.bounce.alias and mail.catchall.alias in System Parameters (Odoo)

2. Alias Domain (Odoo) : Settings > General Settings > External Email Servers

3. Outgoing and Incoming Email Server configurations (Odoo)

4. Create info@medinfo.com in your Email provider's system

If it still doesn't work, check whether the scheduled jobs for processing the outgoing and incoming mails have run. By default the outgoing emails are set to be processed very hour whereas the incoming default is 5 mins. You can also run these manually to test the set up.

Also check whether you get a success message when you click on "Test Connection" when you set up the Outgoing and Incoming Email Servers in Odoo.

I think I found the missing piece. In your "Incoming Mail Server" configuration screen, there is a "Create a New Record" field in the "Actions to Perform on Incoming Mails" section. You need to select "Email Thread" in this field. That should fix the issue because everything else looked okay.

You may want to use the "smtp-relay" option instead of "smtp" if you are using G Suite. Also, try "imap" for the incoming server instead of "pop3".

Use SMTP Relay for outgoing and IMAP for incoming. SMTP Relay is also more secure since you can restrict access to the IP address of the Odoo server so that it only accepts email sending requests from Odoo.

I made catchall@medinfo.com, bounce@medinfo.com in my mail server. then do these setting in system parameters.

mail.bounce.alias -> bounce

mail.catchall.alias -> catchall

mail.catchall.domain-> medinfo.com
