As I have configured outgoing email server through outlook while i have test is connected successfully. when i have checked while sending through email is going delivery failed emails .
kindly need your suggestion and help for this issue.

As Mily suggests below, you would need to set up the from address on email template if the user email is different from the one configured in the outgoing server

you have to set up MAIL_FROM_ADDRESS and MAIL_USERNAME to the outgoing email address in the Email templates.
