After upgrading our Odoo system to version 18, we encountered a critical issue with the Point of Sale (PoS) module. The issue is that no products are visible on the PoS interface despite all products being properly configured and available in the database.
Here are the key details:
- PoS Configuration:
- Products are correctly assigned to PoS categories.
- PoS settings and product availability configurations have been reviewed and appear correct.
- Already ticked the Point of Sale field in product form.
- Behavior:
- The PoS loads, but the product categories show "There are no products in this category."
- This behavior occurs across all categories and for all users, not just specific products or categories.
