I'm creating a website for a takeaway restaurant and I would like to propose the customer to order using the shopping cart. Unfortunately to complete the order you need to do the payment by default but we don't want to make payment on the net.
What is the more elegant way to remove this online payment.

you take above module for skip payment part in website.
Thank you Ermin. I will take a look at your solutions but it looks like it is a lot of effort for such a small feature
You could develop a new type of transaction in addition to the online payment/shopping cart. Such as reservation, booking etc. Then you define the allowed transaction types on product level and/or website product category level. If for example online payment is not allowed for the product, the shopping cart will not be displayed on the website.
