It is working fine, with "http://localhost:8069/web/login" in server.
I want to know how to access AWS through web browser without using RDP.

If you want to access Odoo from a remote client, you have to open port 8069 in the firewall (create a corresponding security group) and associate an elastic IP (fixed IP).
But best practice is to use a reverse proxy.
