Hello 
All reply mails from my customers failed in odoo. I can see them in Technical>E-mails.


The error message :
Échec d'envoi de l'e-mail Échec de l'envoi de l'e-mail via le serveur SMTP 'None'. SMTPDataError: (550, b'5.7.1 Sender mismatch')


I created all alias email in my provider and set them in outgoing/incoming server. 
Might be something i forgot.

Hi,

The error message indicates that you tried sending an email from an unverified email address. Investigating the outgoing email server configuration or the default FROM address of your database is a good starting point to troubleshoot the issue, and verify that you whitelisted the email address.
