Profo vzw zet zich met een team van 60 medewerkers in om de maatschappelijke kansen van kwetsbare jongeren te versterken, zij het op vlak van onderwijs dan wel arbeidsmarkt. Ze ondersteunen jongeren en hun netwerk via verschillende projecten om hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling, welbevinden en arbeidsdeelname te bevorderen.De bestaande boekhouding is overgezet naar Odoo. Door de opzet van de analytische boekhouding kan er per project opgevolgd worden wat het actuele budget is. De boekhouding is de eerste stap om de volledige organisatie te digitaliseren NGO

Via Odoo hebben ze een zicht op hun subsidiebeheer of grant-management, de facturatie en houden ze bij welke actie moet worden ondernomen voor hun fundraising doelen. Door middel van projectbeheer zijn de bestaande medewerkers beter georganiseerd en wordt niets meer uit het oog verloren. NGO
