Forum Nucléaire Belge-Belgisch Nucleair Forum (VZW)
The Belgian Nuclear Forum, an association (VZW) promoting nuclear energy awareness and policy support in Belgium, is undertaking a digital upgrade of its back-office operations. With a team of 3 users, they were looking for simple and reliable tools to handle key administrative tasks.The goal of the BNF was to be able to easily manage company information, structure it, and quickly find what they need. This initial request has quickly evolved into a way of managing company information and organizing some events where they can invite companies directly related to the topics. They are currently using the following modules: Contacts, Events, Accounting, Sales, Website, Email Marketing, Project, Documents, and Expenses. With this full set of modules, we tried to stick as much as possible to the standard, even though some small exceptions required the use of Studio.
KPMG has played a significant role in this implementation of 20 man-days, not only as project implementer but also as a partner challenging, listening and understanding the needs of the BNF. The scope of our work included business analysis, training, system implementation, ongoing support and close guidance throughout the process.

Odoo, implemented by Metamorphosis, integrates functions like finance, HR, and project management, ensuring efficiency and transparency in operations.
Metamorphosis's meticulous Odoo implementation across two phases significantly enhanced Friendship Bangladesh's capabilities. In Phase 1, they orchestrated the setup and customization of Odoo, ensuring seamless integration of crucial elements and providing comprehensive user training. Post-implementation support, including managing donations, purchases, and payroll, further optimized operations.
In Phase 2, Metamorphosis continued to elevate Friendship Bangladesh's efficiency by customizing Odoo for performance management, recruitment, and HR functions. Their tailored solutions, including qualitative indicators and HR letters, enhanced internal communication and operational transparency. Fundación Margarita Tejeda
La Fundación Margarita Tejada para Síndrome de Down es una Institución no lucrativa, constituida mediante escritura pública con fecha 14 de enero de 1998, por la iniciativa de 10 madres con hijos con Síndrome de Down. Durante su trayectoria ha atendido a más de 5,000 familias y actualmente la Fundación Margarita Tejada ofrece sus servicios de forma regular a 565 familias procedentes de diferentes partes del país apoyándolos en las áreas de salud, social y educación.
