Door de opzet van de analytische boekhouding kan er per project opgevolgd worden wat het actuele budget is. De boekhouding is de eerste stap om de volledige organisatie te digitaliseren NGO

Cloudacc (K) Ltd implemented Odoo ERP for Pamoja CBO, deploying Accounting, Project Tracking, Procurement, and Donor/Grant Fund Management modules tailored to the operational and reporting needs of a community‑oriented nonprofit. The solution was configured to centralize financial management, streamline grant tracking, automate expense workflows, and improve transparency in resource utilization across community programs and outreach initiatives.
