1. How do you make a pricelist available in the Point of Sale application?
By publishing it on the website. By selecting it in the "Available" box under pricing settings. By adding it to the customer's profile. By enabling it in the inventory module.
2. What is impacted by an active pricelist?
Customer discounts and loyalty points. Product prices based on set conditions. Tax calculations based on customer location. Promotions based on customer purchase history.
3. What are the different price type options when creating a price list rule, and what do they do?
Shipping, Handling, Surcharge: “Shipping” charges a fee, “Handling” covers processing, and “Surcharge” adds extra costs. Customer Rating, Popularity, Time: Prices change based on customer, demand, or time of day. Inventory, Supplier, Market: Prices adjust based on stock, cost, or market averages. Fixed, Discount, Formula: “Fixed” sets a specific price, “Discount” reduces it, and “Formula” calculates prices dynamically.
4. How do you assign pricelists to customers, and what happens when you switch customers?
You assign pricelists in the customer's form; switching reverts to default unless the new customer has their own pricelist.
