1. How can I automatically import bank transactions in Odoo?

By linking my bank account to Odoo via the settings. It can only be done with a third-party add-on. By activating the option in “Settings”.

2. How can I import my bank transactions?

I have to manually scan them, and then upload a bulk PDF. I can import my statements from the “Bank” journal. I can specify a folder on my PC Odoo periodically scans and downloads new statements when it detects new files.

3. I just loaded my bank file, what can I do before importing it on Odoo?

I can preview what it will look like once imported. I can select other bank statements to upload all at once. I can set fields correlating to information contained in my file.
