I see some people here can format their text nicely. For example style for block code. I can not found this option available in provided WYSIWYG editor. What available text format I can use in this forum? If this forum use text-to-HTML well-known format, like markdown or textile, what text-to-HTML format is used?

Questions and answers before May were migrated from another system that allowed richer formatting - could it be that you are seeing that in earlier content?
Hmm.. If that so, then it makes sense. Just my curiosity. I notice that Odoo in master branch use CKEditor version 4 and realize that Odoo usually not developer friendly :P.
