Im currently implementing the Odoo 18 Manufacturing module in an Expanded Polystyrene Manufacturing Company.
The process from raw materials to finished products has different steps and the yield its not consistent. Its hard to simulate the process without an army of reports to feed the system

Integrate spreadsheets or IoT devices for easier data input, and consider automating reporting with Studio or custom scripts to reduce manual workload.
