Im currently implementing the Odoo 18 Manufacturing module in an Expanded Polystyrene Manufacturing Company.
The process from raw materials to finished products has different steps and the yield its not consistent. Its hard to simulate the process without an army of reports to feed the system

In cases with inconsistent yields like EPS manufacturing, use Odoo's Work Orders with real-time data capture and custom fields to track actual vs. expected output. Integrate spreadsheets or IoT devices for easier data input, and consider automating reporting with Studio or custom scripts to reduce manual workload.
