In General -  in CRM  which sales person getting call from customer, the same sales person will create lead in ODOO>


But  we have new requirement from management


There  is a tele sales officer - she will contact customer  and if customer  interested to proceed , then she will  assign the lead to sales person


We need to the tele sales officer and salesperson as well



can some one help us the step to get this result

By default the salesperson field can have only 1 user assigned. However there are other ways to track another user (the tele sales officer in your example).

1. In the process you describe since the tele sales officer would be creating the lead and then assigning it to sales person the "Created By" field would have the user id of tele sales officer.

2. In the addition to above there are extra fields (Source, Campaign, Medium) in the Extra Information tab which can be utilized for capturing tele sales officer

3. Also, both the sales person and tele sales officer are automatically followers of the document.

4. The change of assignment from tele sales officer to sales person is recorded in the chatter
