I am using odoo 12 Enterprise version and configured the incoming and outgoing server(gmail.com) to receive email as tickets under Helpdesk module. We are able to send and recevie mail with smtp and pop configuration. However when we try to send a mail to wrong recipient mail id we are unable to track if mail is bounced. How we can configure the Odoo system to receive the bounce email on ticketing system?
