I am using odoo on premise, I have configured outcoming and incoming email servers. I can communicate to the contact through the chatter, they can answer from their email addresses and seems all ok.

The problem is in the customer preview of a quotation/order. The customer can't answer to my messages cause it gets an error of 'Mail Delivery Failed', "Mail delivery failed via SMTP server 'None'.\nSMTPDataError: 552\n5.2.0 Sender not allowed ( header-from ).

Which is the problem? There should be an alias for the portal? Should I configure a different incoming email server?
